Mas del Périé, led by Fabien Jouves, is a natural wine estate in Cahors, southwestern France. Established in 2006, Fabien comes from a long line of farmers and has transformed his family's estate into one of the region's most innovative and acclaimed wineries. The winery sits on the high limestone plateau of Cahors, where Malbec (also known as Côt) reigns as the primary grape.

Fabien practices biodynamic farming, certified by Demeter, and uses natural methods in the vineyard and cellar. He emphasizes the expression of terroir through sélection parcellaire, treating each vineyard plot differently to highlight its unique characteristics. His wines are vinified with native yeasts and minimal intervention, fermenting in concrete tanks, foudres, amphorae, and sometimes in eggs, without additives.

Mas del Périé is best known for its bold yet elegant Malbec-based wines, like Les Escures, which showcases the freshness and purity of fruit, and more experimental cuvées like Amphore and Haute Côt(e) de Fruit, which push the boundaries of traditional Cahors winemaking. Fabien also creates lighter "vins de soif" wines, which are easy-drinking, fun expressions that embody his dynamic approach to winemaking.
