How does bulk and volume pricing work?
Request a quote with your plan and our team confirms case and volume pricing for your order, plus freight to a single address and any tax-exempt or invoicing needs. Larger orders get sharper pricing. You will hear back from a real person, usually within one business day.
What wine should I buy for a party or a big group?
A crowd is easier to please with range than with one perfect bottle. Plan roughly a third red, a third white, and the rest split between rosé, orange and something sparkling to open with. For a standing party, sparkling and lighter low-tannin reds served slightly cool do most of the work; a seated dinner can carry fuller reds and a white with more texture. The calculator above splits your plan across those categories and gives a price band for each, so you can shop type by type without guessing.
How many bottles do I need for a party or a big group?
The calculator gives you a solid starting point based on your headcount, event length and how wine-focused your crowd is. A rough rule: plan on about half a bottle per drinking guest for a few hours, a little more for a seated dinner. You can fine-tune every category on the plan screen before you order.
Can you deliver on a specific date?
Yes. Tell us your event date in the quote and we schedule the shipment to arrive ahead of it, with room to spare for weather. We ship to 45 US states. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for wine deliveries.
Do you handle corporate gifting to many addresses?
We do. For client and employee gifting we can send curated bottles to multiple recipients with a personal message, and coordinate the whole list for you. Start with the gifting option above and request a quote, and we will take it from there.

Can I change quantities or the mix?
Absolutely. The plan is a recommendation. Adjust reds, whites, rosé, orange and sparkling right on the plan screen, then either send it to us for a quote or shop the wines yourself. Nothing is locked in until you confirm.
