What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. The site, or a service the site uses, can read it back on later visits. A first-party cookie is set by primalwine.com. A third-party cookie is set by another company's domain. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others stay until the expiry date listed below or until you delete them.
This policy also covers scripts and pixels (small pieces of code that send information about your visit to another company). They work alongside cookies, and the same controls apply to them.
When cookies are set
When you first visit primalwine.com, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Until you choose Accept, the site sets only the strictly necessary cookies listed below, and the analytics and marketing services listed below do not load. If you choose Decline, they stay off. The last column of the cookie table shows which cookies are set before you choose.

How to control cookies
- Cookie banner: choose Decline to refuse analytics and marketing cookies, or Manage preferences to choose by category. To see the banner again and change your choice, clear the cookies and site data for primalwine.com in your browser settings.
- Your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart and checkout will not work.
- Google: turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and block Google Analytics on every site with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Email: every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails. It does not delete the __kla_id cookie; delete it in your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies or services on primalwine.com change. The date at the top shows the last update.
