Possa Er Giancu Orange 2019 is a skin contact wine (orange wine) from Liguria, Italy, made from a blend of 70% Albarola 70% and 30% Bosco. The vines are 40 years old planted on sandy stony soil. After the harvest, grapes are pressed; the must is then left in contact with the skins for 24 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel for 3 months and for 6 weeks in acacia and ash tree barrels.

The Producer: Possa

Possa is a small winery of only 3.5 hectares established in 2004 and located in Riomaggiore, La Spezia, Liguria, dedicated to crafting natural wine from Liguria's indigenous varietals such as, Albarola, Bosco, and Vermentino.

Important COVID Update

UPS and FedEx declared that in order to protect their workers and customers, they no longer require a signature on delivery. This does not mean they will drop a wine box at your door. UPS delivery workers will make sure the person receiving the wine is 21 years or older, and will ask for his/her name - only then do they deliver the package.

Shipping Rates and Options

An important premise: wine bottles are heavy – about 3 pounds each – and shipping is expensive! Primal Wine is not backed by venture capital money – we proudly are a mom and pop independent online store – and we must charge shipping on all orders, otherwise we wouldn’t be in business. However, we try our best to offer you very competitive shipping rates.
