The Wine: Blan d'Anzera 2019
Jordi Llorens Blan d'Anzera 2019 is a skin contact (orange) natural wine made from a blend of Macabeo and Muscat grapes farmed organically in Conca de Barberà, Catalonia, Spain. Blan d'Anzera grapes are grown on calcareous and mudstone soils, at 420 meters of altitude. After harvest, strictly by hand, they are left in contact with the skins for about 5 days, and then aged for six months on their lees. The wine is bottled, unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
