The Producer: Constantina Sotelo
The Constantina Sotelo micro-winery is located in a small garage of a stone house built at the end of 1750 in the town of Cambados in the heart of the Salnés Valley at the gates of the Ría de Arousa. A winery where our ancestors already produced the first vintages of Albariño wine and where today we continue to produce wines with the same passion as if it were our first vintage.
All the wines and Albariños that we produce in our winery come from family vineyards that are located in the privileged natural environment of the Salnés Valley and that are cared for by ourselves, so we know every inch of our vineyards and this allows us to produce wines with minimal intervention, exploring deposits of different materials and textures that allow greater sustainability in their elaborations, allowing nature to decide the path of our unique wines.
