Built around the sour oranges and sweet limes growing at the Mission Garden in Tucson, in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. Triple citrus, with tamarind underneath, on the same organic Blue Weber agave base.

Parch's own claim is that it is tasty and salty enough that you do not miss the booze, and the salt is the part most zero-proof margaritas forget.

The Brand

Parch Spirits Co.

Parch was started by Ila Byrne and Rudy Aldana, who had spent their careers building some of the world's biggest alcohol brands before deciding to drink less themselves.

They launched at the start of the pandemic, which meant no bars open to launch into and a genuine struggle to source glass. The drinks are built on organic Blue Weber agave, using the plant's nectar, fibre and bitters, and read as cocktails rather than as soft drinks.

Everything is drawn from the Sonoran Desert, and they give 1% to the Ethnobotanical Mission Garden in Tucson, which is where several of the botanicals come from.

Pantry FAQs

Pantry items are fulfilled by our partner retailer in California, so they ship on their own and will not arrive in the same box as your wine. Order both and you should expect two parcels, often on different days.

You will receive tracking for the pantry parcel within 3-4 business days.

Wine requires an adult signature on delivery. Pantry items do not, so they can be left at your door like any ordinary parcel.

Yes. Nothing here is tied to a wine purchase. Shipping for pantry items is calculated separately at checkout.

Most of what we carry is shelf stable until it is opened, and would rather sit in a cool dark cupboard than on a sunny counter. Anything that needs refrigerating once opened says so on the label.
