Gearhead Wines Princess Sauvignon Blanc Muscat is a white natural wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes farmed organically in Wine Contra Costa County, California. Carbonic maceration for 14 days the wine is unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. Craig West's signature all over this wine.
Freak Show White Blend 2021
Gearhead Freak Show White Blend is a natural wine made from Muscat grapes farmed organically in Lodi, California. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
Grateful Viognier 2021

The Producer: Gearhead Wines
Gearhead Wines is the brainchild of Craig West and this is his story as told by the man himself.
"I grew up in Orange County, California, playing in the open fields picking oranges, avocados, blackberries, pomegranates, tomatoes, walnuts, and trees and eating them. The love of the land came at an early age for me and it has been an easy transition into the vineyard."
"My wine journey started harvest 2016 when I met Noel Diaz of Purity Wine. One evening Noel asked me if I would like to jump into a 48 fermenter and tread. Thrilled I climbed in and that was when it I fell in love with winemaking. I made my first vintage that year in my garage; it was a great experience stumbling along, learning, and growing, always trying to stay humble."

When it comes to buying products online, shipping is the most important aspect, and that’s why we take great care in shipping and handling your order using only 100% recycled packaging material. We don't ship to: LA, KS, MS, AL, WI, KY, NH, UT, SD, MI, AR.
Re-shipping
If a package gets returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we can only re-ship the wine upon payment of a re-shipping fee, which will be determined based on quantity and shipping address. Shipping wine is extremely expensive, we are sorry about this, but we have no other choice. Please make sure there's always someone at the address you enter as your shipping address.
Canceling an Order
If you'd like to cancel an order after it's been shipped, we can do so upon payment of a small cancelling fee – the amount depends on how big the order is. Carriers charge us a lot of money to recall a package en-route.
Important Compliance Requirements
UPS and other carriers we might occasionally use can only deliver wine to customers who are 21 years or older.
Important COVID Update
UPS and FedEx declared that in order to protect their workers and customers, they no longer require a signature on delivery. This does not mean they will drop a wine box at your door. UPS delivery workers will make sure the person receiving the wine is 21 years or older, and will ask for his/her name - only then do they deliver the package.
Shipping Rates and Options
An important premise: wine bottles are heavy – about 3 pounds each – and shipping is expensive! Primal Wine is not backed by venture capital money – we proudly are a mom and pop independent online store – and we must charge shipping on all orders under a certain amount, otherwise we wouldn’t be in business. However, we try our best to offer you very competitive shipping rates and frequent free shipping discount. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop!
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail at hello@primalwine.com between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Sunday, we would like to understand and try to solve your concerns. Returning wine is not allowed by law, and so we might make arrangements for a refund if appropriate
