Ca Foracaime Waterfly Pét-Nat is a sparkling wine that represents the metamorphosis of the water that falls to the ground and is absorbed by the grapes of the vine and its final transformation into a majestic water butterfly that is this wine. Sparkling wine made with the ancestral method. It integrates three varieties such as Parellada, Macabeo, and Muscatel, which combine their aromas to become a natural pearl for the senses. Directly pressed by hand and bottled to finish the fermentation in the bottle and acquire the right carbonic to give very well-integrated bubbles. Annual production of 200 bottles.

The Wine: Waterfly Pét-Nat 2020
Ca Foracaime Waterfly Pét-Nat is a sparkling wine that represents the metamorphosis of the water that falls to the ground and is absorbed by the grapes of the vine and its final transformation into a majestic water butterfly that is this wine. Sparkling wine made with the ancestral method. It integrates three varieties such as Parellada, Macabeo, and Muscatel, which combine their aromas to become a natural pearl for the senses. Directly pressed by hand and bottled to finish the fermentation in the bottle and acquire the right carbonic to give very well-integrated bubbles. Annual production of 200 bottles.
The Producer: Ca Foracaime
The elaboration of our wines is linked to a long tradition of winemaking. It is in the old town of Pinell de Brai where our small winery is located. Under the streets of the heart of the village, we make our wines in a traditional way. The winery currently has a capacity of 12,000 bottles annually. Even in the long tradition and production of family wines, it is not until 2019 that new vineyards are added to go on the market and be able to open up so that more people can enjoy our wines. We always follow the artisanal tradition in winemaking.
One of our goals is to be able to recover those flavors of ancient wines so people can take a trip to the past through the palate. Our philosophy is scrupulously natural. For us, a natural wine means the minimum possible intervention during the vinification process to capture the exclusive essence of the grapes and the land where it comes from. In the same way, the vineyards are worked with the utmost respect for nature and give the maximum possible freedom to the vines so as not to distort their own character.
Therefore, our wines are guaranteed not to have any added substances during their elaboration. This means that our wines do not contain added sulfites, their fermentation is exclusively done with natural yeasts native to the area. Mechanization is minimal and artisanal work is prioritized. The cellar is located under a rock to regulate the temperature of the wine in a natural way. Our wines are a guarantee of tradition, health, and respect for nature.

Re-shipping
If a package gets returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we can only re-ship the wine upon payment of a re-shipping fee, which will be determined based on quantity and shipping address. Shipping wine is extremely expensive, we are sorry about this, but we have no other choice. Please make sure there's always someone at the address you enter as your shipping address.
Canceling an Order
If you'd like to cancel an order after it's been shipped, we can do so upon payment of a small cancelling fee – the amount depends on how big the order is. Carriers charge us a lot of money to recall a package en-route.

UPS and other carriers we might occasionally use can only deliver wine to customers who are 21 years or older.
Important COVID Update
UPS and FedEx declared that in order to protect their workers and customers, they no longer require a signature on delivery. This does not mean they will drop a wine box at your door. UPS delivery workers will make sure the person receiving the wine is 21 years or older, and will ask for his/her name - only then do they deliver the package.
Shipping Rates and Options
An important premise: wine bottles are heavy – about 3 pounds each – and shipping is expensive! Primal Wine is not backed by venture capital money – we proudly are a mom and pop independent online store – and we must charge shipping on all orders under a certain amount, otherwise we wouldn’t be in business. However, we try our best to offer you very competitive shipping rates and frequent free shipping discount. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop!
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via e-mail at hello@primalwine.com between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Sunday, we would like to understand and try to solve your concerns. Returning wine is not allowed by law, and so we might make arrangements for a refund if appropriate
