The Producer: Cellier Des Cray

Cellier Des Cray is a small winery located in the village of Chignin, in a remote corner of Savoie, near the French Alps. The owner of Cellier Des Cray, Adrien Berlioz, tends a small parcel of only 4.5 hectares of vineyards, planted with Savoie native grape varietals - such as Mondeuse, Jacqure, but also some Roussanne. Adrien farms his vineyards following organic and biodynamic principles and in the cellar adopts a low-intervention approach, making stunning natural wines.
