Malpasso Rosso NV
Montemelino Malpasso Rosso is a red natural wine made from a blend of organic Sangiovese grapes grown in Umbria, in the Lake Trasimeno area. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, no added sulfites. The medium body red wine comes in a one-liter bottle; it tastes like cherries and raspberries, low-tannins and balanced acidity on the palate.
E' Rosso! Barbera NV
Cellario E' Rosso! Barbera is a red natural wine made from 100% Barbera grapes farmed organically by Fausto and Cinzia Cellario in Piedmont. Grapes are grown on soils formed predominantly by marls and are harvested by hand. The wine undergoes ten days of maceration on the skins and then is aged for twelve months in cement vats. E' Rosso! Barbera NV is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with a minimal quantity of added sulfites.
VDF Bovin Rouge 2020
Hervé Villemade VDF Bovin Rouge is a red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes farmed organically in the Loire Valley. Whole clusters macerate for 10 to 12 days. Fermentation and aging are done in concrete tanks with no manipulations. Two grams of S02 are added per hectoliter at bottling. Super fun straightforward, easy-drinking, glou glou, you get the idea; lots of juice in an old-school one-liter bottle.
