Chile and lime in a creamy base, which is the bright, acidic end of the Everything Sauce range where the gochujang is the deep end.
The pitch is that it moves a dish from edible to worth eating, which is marketing, but a good crema does genuinely do that to a taco.
8.3 oz.
Acid and cream together, so it goes where something rich needs cutting.
Tacos, especially fish
Drizzled over roasted corn or elote
As a dip for fries or sweet potato
On a grain bowl
Over grilled chicken, straight from the bottle

Important information
Please read our shipping policy
This is one of the items fulfilled by our partner retailer in California. It will not ship together with our regular wine selection.
You will receive tracking information in 3-4 business days. Shipping time depends on location and on the shipping service selected at checkout.
The Brand
Sir Kensington's
Sir Kensington did not exist. Scott Norton and Mark Ramadan invented him at Brown, a fictional luminary of imperial Britain who supposedly devised his ketchup over dinner with Catherine the Great, and the joke was the strategy.
The plan in 2008 was to do the opposite of Heinz on every axis. Heinz used plastic, so they used glass. Heinz squeezed, so they made a wide-mouthed jar and called it scooping ketchup. Heinz was Americana, so they were absurdly English.
It worked well enough that Unilever bought the company in 2017. The Everything Sauces are the globally-inspired end of the range, and unlike the backstory the ingredients are real.
Pantry FAQs
Will this ship with my wine?
No, pantry items travel separately.
Pantry items are fulfilled by our partner retailer in California, so they ship on their own and will not arrive in the same box as your wine. Order both and you should expect two parcels, often on different days.
You will receive tracking for the pantry parcel within 3-4 business days.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
No. Unlike wine, food does not need a signature.
Wine requires an adult signature on delivery. Pantry items do not, so they can be left at your door like any ordinary parcel.
Can I order pantry items on their own, without wine?
Yes, a pantry order stands on its own.
Yes. Nothing here is tied to a wine purchase. Shipping for pantry items is calculated separately at checkout.
How should I store it?
Check the label first.
Most of what we carry is shelf stable until it is opened, and would rather sit in a cool dark cupboard than on a sunny counter. Anything that needs refrigerating once opened says so on the label.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Get in touch and we will sort it out.
Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem and we will make it right.
Why does a natural wine shop sell pantry items?
Because the bottle is rarely the whole evening.
These are things we actually cook with, picked by the same people who pick the wine. A good bottle tends to want something on the table next to it, and this is the shortlist we would hand a friend who asked.
