Flying Embers Orange Passion Mimosa Hard Kombucha, 12 oz

Price: $6.00

Orange and passionfruit built to read like a mimosa, with a hint of guava behind them. Bright and juicy, and the tang of the kombucha does the job the sparkling wine would.

Brewed with certified organic ingredients and fermented dry, so the can reads zero sugar and zero carbs, with live probiotics and adaptogens.

Contains alcohol, 6.9% ABV. 12 fl oz.

The Brand

Flying Embers

Flying Embers was started in 2017 by Bill Moses, who had already co-founded KeVita and sold it to PepsiCo. Months later the Thomas Fire tore through Ventura County and came close enough to threaten both his home and the company's research facility.

The name comes from that fire. He watched the crews work through it, and the brand has given a share of its revenue to firefighter and first responder organisations ever since.

The kombucha is brewed with USDA certified organic ingredients and fermented dry, so the cans read zero sugar and zero carbs, with live probiotics and adaptogens. Made in California.

Pantry FAQs

Pantry items are fulfilled by our partner retailer in California, so they ship on their own and will not arrive in the same box as your wine. Order both and you should expect two parcels, often on different days.

You will receive tracking for the pantry parcel within 3-4 business days.

Wine requires an adult signature on delivery. Pantry items do not, so they can be left at your door like any ordinary parcel.

Yes. Nothing here is tied to a wine purchase. Shipping for pantry items is calculated separately at checkout.

Most of what we carry is shelf stable until it is opened, and would rather sit in a cool dark cupboard than on a sunny counter. Anything that needs refrigerating once opened says so on the label.

Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem and we will make it right.

These are things we actually cook with, picked by the same people who pick the wine. A good bottle tends to want something on the table next to it, and this is the shortlist we would hand a friend who asked.
