Graza splits olive oil into two jobs and sells them separately. Sizzle is the one you cook in. Drizzle is this one, and it goes on at the end, over the plate rather than into the pan.
Single-variety Picual from Jaen in southern Spain, harvested in October while the olives are still young, green and hard. Pressing that early gives a sharper, more peppery oil, which is the trade you make for not waiting until the fruit softens.
It comes in a squeeze bottle rather than dark glass, which tells you how they expect you to use it. 500 ml.
Treat it the way you would flaky salt or a good vinegar: the last thing that goes on, after the heat is off.
Over finished pasta, beans or grilled vegetables
On burrata, ripe tomatoes, anything soft that needs cutting through
Into a vinaigrette, where the pepper carries rather than gets lost
Over hummus, thick yoghurt or a bowl of soup, straight from the bottle
On good bread with salt, which is the honest test of any finishing oil
Graza's own line is made for eating, never heating. Sizzle is the one for the pan.
Extra virgin olive oil (Picual).

The Brand
Graza
Graza was started in 2022 by Andrew Benin and Allen Dushi, after Benin tasted an olive oil while visiting his wife's family in Spain and could not find anything like it at home. The name comes from Grazalema, the village in Cadiz where that trip started.
They make one thing: single-variety Picual from Jaen, split into two bottles by what you are going to do with it. Sizzle comes from later, riper fruit and is built for heat. Drizzle comes off the early October harvest and goes on at the end. Same variety, different moment, different job.
The squeeze bottles were Benin's idea, arrived at while holding a bottle of Dr. Bronner's in the shower. They are the whole argument: good oil should be used freely, not rationed out of dark glass you are slightly afraid of.
Pantry FAQs
Will this ship with my wine?
No, pantry items travel separately.
Pantry items are fulfilled by our partner retailer in California, so they ship on their own and will not arrive in the same box as your wine. Order both and you should expect two parcels, often on different days.
You will receive tracking for the pantry parcel within 3-4 business days.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
No. Unlike wine, food does not need a signature.
Wine requires an adult signature on delivery. Pantry items do not, so they can be left at your door like any ordinary parcel.
Can I order pantry items on their own, without wine?
Yes, a pantry order stands on its own.
Yes. Nothing here is tied to a wine purchase. Shipping for pantry items is calculated separately at checkout.
How should I store it?
Check the label first.
Most of what we carry is shelf stable until it is opened, and would rather sit in a cool dark cupboard than on a sunny counter. Anything that needs refrigerating once opened says so on the label.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Get in touch and we will sort it out.
Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem and we will make it right.
Why does a natural wine shop sell pantry items?
Because the bottle is rarely the whole evening.
These are things we actually cook with, picked by the same people who pick the wine. A good bottle tends to want something on the table next to it, and this is the shortlist we would hand a friend who asked.
