The Wine: Chillable Red 2022
So Far Out Chillable Red is a red natural wine made from organically farmed grapes grown in California. This is a blend of 36% Nebbiolo (Mora Vineyard, Santa Ynez Valley), 35% Charbono (The Wilderness, Paso Robles), 29% Chenin (Cat Canyon Vineyard, Santa Barbara County. Both red varietals were fermented in open-top containers, then aged in neutral oak. Chenin was direct to press and fermented/aged in neutral oak. Serving temperature: 60 F.

Andrew's background as a vine nursery fieldman, where he plans and plants vineyards across California, puts him in a unique position to access small lots of exceptional fruit.
His profound familiarity with virtually every vineyard on the Central Coast fuels his passion for discovering and nurturing lesser-known vineyards with untapped potential. Through these connections and opportunities, Andrew crafts small batches of soulful wines that reflect these vineyards' quiet and unique character.The winery offers an array of single-vineyard wines, each with its distinct sense of place and personality. Field Recordings also produces delightful blends under their Wonderwall and Fiction projects. Signature on delivery is mandatory for wine deliveries. Please make sure someone is at the shipping address to sign for the package.
If applicable, please consider delivering the package to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
We also have the option of delivering the package to a Carrier's store for pickup. Please reach out to us to coordinate.
Carrier will try to delivery a package up to three times before returning the package to us.

1) Reship the package right away: due to the very high cost of shipping and returns, we must charge a re-shipping fee to be determined based on package size and shipping destination.
