Wild Arc Farm is a project led by Todd Cavallo and his wife Crystal located in Pine Bush, Hudson Valley, New York State. Todd and Crystal farm about 10 acres of land right in the heart of Hudson Valley. Wild Arc Farm is a "pursuit of sustainable food and beverage production within the small farm environment".

New York State is one of the most significant wine-producing regions in the United States, ranking third in volume behind California and Washington. The state boasts six major wine-growing regions and 11 AVAs, including the Finger Lakes, Long Island, Hudson River Region, and Lake Erie. Each area offers a unique terroir, contributing to the diversity of New York wines.

The Finger Lakes is the most notable region. It is particularly famous for its Riesling, which thrives in the cool climate and limestone-rich soils. Other successful grape varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc. The region is also known for its ice wines, which are made from grapes harvested after being frozen on the vine.

Another key region, Long Island, benefits from a milder climate due to its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. This region produces excellent Bordeaux-style blends, particularly Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. The North Fork and The Hamptons are prominent subregions within Long Island, each contributing distinct characteristics to the wines.

The Hudson River Region is one of the oldest wine-producing areas in the United States, dating back to the 17th century. The region is known for its white wines, especially Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc, and sparkling wines.
