The Producer: Les Temps des Cerises
Axel Prüfer, originally from East Germany, chose Languedoc for his Domaine Les Temps des Cerises, established in 2003. Named after a Parisian anthem, the estate thrives with natural biodiversity. Insects, herbs, and wildflowers coexist with the vines. Axel focuses on low yields and minimalistic winemaking, using mostly steel and fiberglass tanks and avoiding wood unless it's neutral. He seldom uses sulfur dioxide. Axel believes in allowing grapes to show their true character, achieved through a non-interventionist approach that captures the essence of Languedoc's terroir.

We also have the option of delivering the package to a Carrier's store for pickup. Please reach out to us to coordinate.
Carrier will try to delivery a package up to three times before returning the package to us.
