Agricola Cirelli

Cirelli Starter Pack

Sale price: $65.00 Regular price:$74.85

This three-bottle introduction to Agricola Cirelli includes the estate's most popular wines: the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo (La Collina Biologica line), the Wines of Anarchy Pet Nat White, and the Wines of Anarchy Pet Nat Rosé. All three come from Francesco Cirelli's 22-hectare certified organic farm near the hilltop town of Atri in Teramo province, about 8 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. Soils across the estate are clay and limestone, typical of the Colline Teramane sub-zone.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is 100% Montepulciano, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged 6 months in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Expect deep ruby color, black raspberry, plum, pomegranate, and violet on the nose, with medium body, bright acidity, and soft tannins on the palate.

The Wines of Anarchy Pet Nat White is 100% Trebbiano, harvested before full maturation to preserve acidity. Whole bunches are pressed, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, and bottled before fermentation is complete to create natural effervescence. Bone dry, lively fine bubbles, green apple, white peach, citrus zest, saline minerality, and a clean almond finish. The Wines of Anarchy Pet Nat Rosé follows the same method using 100% Montepulciano, resulting in a light-bodied sparkling rosato with rhubarb, raspberry, and fine persistent bubbles.

Cirelli's portfolio divides into two lines: La Collina Biologica (stainless steel, approachable) and the Anfora line (amphora-aged, greater depth). The Starter Pack draws entirely from the Collina Biologica and Wines of Anarchy ranges — designed for immediate drinking with a slight chill.
