Abraam

Abraam's Vineyards, located in the region of Nestorio in Greek Macedonia, is firmly committed to biodynamic and organic farming practices. The winery, situated at a high elevation of 1000 meters, focuses on producing high-quality wines with minimal intervention.

The vineyard primarily cultivates Malagousia grapes. The signature wine, Abraam's M & Orange Amphora, undergoes a unique production process. After hand-harvesting, the grapes macerate in amphorae for three weeks, allowing for natural fermentation with native yeasts. This wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without adding sulfur dioxide, preserving its natural characteristics and earthy notes.

The 2022 vintage of this wine is particularly notable, with rich aromas and a complex body, offering flavors of dried apricots, jasmine, and roasted hazelnuts.
