He opts not to treat vines affected by disease, favoring natural selection to enhance overall vineyard health through increased biodiversity. His portfolio includes unique sparkling wines known for their finesse and the "Trauben, Liebe & Zeit" line—wines made without sulfur, utilizing only grapes, time, and care in their production.
