The wine is subsequently disgorged, unfined, unfiltered, and produced with no added sulfites.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAfter fermentation in Languedoc, Anne transports the wine to the Loire to complete its aging in the cellar of her husband, Gregory Leclerc of Chahut et Prodiges in the Touraine. Anne describes the resulting style as lighter and fresher than what you would typically expect from Languedoc — she calls them 'Loiredoc' wines.
