It produces wines with bright citrus and stone fruit character, natural freshness, and a clean, dry finish. In Bevilacqua's hands, the carbonic maceration technique adds a juicy, lightly aromatic quality that keeps the wine vibrant and easy to drink.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe LAB project takes its name from the initials of Luca's two sons, Lorenzo Amerigo and Leonardo Andrea Bevilacqua.
