Fermentation proceeds with native yeasts in stainless steel, and the wine is aged in cement tanks. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small sulfite addition for stability, sealed under screwcap in a 1-liter format.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is translucent ruby in color, light in body, and low in alcohol at around 10.5%. Flavors lean toward bright red cherry, white pepper, and a faint mintiness, with soft tannins and a fresh finish driven by natural acidity.
