Golden Russet, Golden Delicious, and Mutsu apples are blended with a small amount of quince and lightly sparkled in bottle. Named after Eris, the Goddess of Discord who threw a golden apple into a wedding, inciting the Trojan War. The apples and quinces were crushed together and macerated for 24 hours before being pressed and racked to neutral French oak barrels, where it sat undisturbed for 10 months until being racked and blended. Bottled with local wildflower honey for refermentation. SO2: None. White flowers, apricot, citrus pith.
