The wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo from a 4-hectare parcel of 20-year-old vines planted on limestone marl.   It is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank for 2-3 weeks, aged 12 months in oak (50% 225-liter barrels, 50% 5-hectoliter botti), then racked into stainless steel before bottling, and bottled unfiltered.
