No fining, no filtration, and no added sulfites. The wine was originally intended to be part of the estate's Cuvee Weiss blend but was bottled separately after it stood out on its own merits. The name came from Jason Groebe's niece, and it stuck.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a textured, dry orange wine with notes of nectarine and grapefruit alongside a flinty mineral thread and a lively finish. The skin contact adds structure and depth without turning heavy.
