Sea breezes cool the vines during summer, while proximity to the Majella Massif brings overnight temperature drops.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePét-nat is produced by the ancestral method: the wine is bottled before primary fermentation is complete, trapping carbon dioxide naturally in the bottle without a secondary fermentation or dosage. The result is a lightly sparkling wine with a gentle mousse, bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLuca works exclusively with indigenous Abruzzo varieties — Montepulciano, Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino — and has farmed without synthetic chemicals since starting the project, using only small amounts of copper when needed.
