The result is a sparkling wine built entirely from the grape's own sugars, with no dosage or added must.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, the wine shows a copper hue. The nose offers green strawberry, hay, toasted hazelnuts, and marshmallow. On the palate, apricot and comice pear are framed by a fine texture with cocoa in the background and a long finish defined by crisp, lime-like acidity.
