The blend is 60% Raboso and 40% Pinot Nero, grown on steep south-facing slopes just outside the Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone, from vines 5 to 15 years old. Grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, and cold-settled in stainless steel before fermentation lasting 15 to 20 days without malolactic conversion. The wine undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method with a dosage of 12 g\/L.
