The wine ages in the same steel vessels before bottling with no filtration, no fining, and zero added sulfites at any stage. The result is straw yellow in the glass with a slight natural haze.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the nose: yellow apple, white peach, and apricot layered with yellow flowers. On the palate it is light to medium in body, dry, and driven by a clean, precise acid line that keeps everything fresh and focused.
