The result is a low-alcohol sparkling rosé at 10.5% ABV that sits well outside the typical profile of Montepulciano, a grape better known for dense, tannic reds.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMontepulciano vinified as a light, pétillant rosé shows a completely different face: bright cranberry and wild strawberry fruit, brisk acidity, and an earthy, slightly funky character that is typical of this producer's style.
