The finish is held long by the bright acid of the wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnly 90 cases are made. The vineyards are located in Guarilihue, the 5-acre Itata vineyard planted in 1960. The altitude is 820 feet and farming is organic (not certified). Soil is granite trellis and the vineyards are goblet pruned. Only native yeast is used. Winemakers are Justin Decker and Leo Erazo.
