Soils here are clay and sandstone over carbonate marl bedrock. The climate draws from three directions: Alpine cooling from the west, Pannonian warmth from the east, and occasional Mediterranean influence from the south, creating significant diurnal swings that preserve acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRadovan has held Demeter biodynamic certification since 2012. He does not plow, does not use sulfur or copper sprays, and instead relies on homemade herbal preparations, a flock of sheep, bees, and resident poultry for vineyard management. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts. Nothing is added at any stage of production.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe resulting wine shows the golden-amber color typical of extended skin contact on Riesling. Expect aromas of white peach, dried apricot, and beeswax with a thread of citrus and spring blossom.
