Total sulfites measure at or near 0 mg\/L.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Pur Jus label is Château Landra's zero-SO2 line. Since 2014, all wines at the estate have been made without any added inputs. Certified organic since 2009, the estate does not use herbicides, insecticides, or synthetic fertilizers. Each varietal and each parcel is harvested by hand and vinified separately before blending.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a dry, fruit-forward rosé with the lifted freshness typical of Ventoux, where altitude moderates the Mediterranean heat.
