What are the perks of becoming a member?
Free shipping on any additional bottle of wine purchased from our a la carte bottle shop (please contact us), first dibs on our newest and most coveted arrivals.
What do I get?
With each shipment, you will receive a customized selection of natural wines from different producers. All the natural wines you get are also available for purchase on our bottle shop so you can check each wine's characteristics and read about the producer. All our wines are natural wines made by top-notch natural wine producers from all around the world.
When do I get charged?
You will be charged when you sign up and then you will be charged every month, on the same day you signed up. For example, if you sign up on May 4, you will get charged for your second shipment on June 4, and so forth.
When will my order ship?
We ship on a rolling basis not on specific days of the week, and we will try our best to ship your order will ship the first business day after you sign up. The only exceptions are orders to IL, NH, and OK – we ship on Fridays. We send shipping confirmation emails at around 6:00 pm PST. We are glad to offer you free shipping on every order!
Do I have to be at home to receive the wine?
Yes, it is mandated by law that someone 21 years or older must be at the delivery address and receive the wine. Carriers will not drop a package full of wine at your doorstep and leave, someone must be present. This is very important, and it is mandated by the law.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime with no penalty through your personal subscription manager. Please make sure you create an account upon completing the purchase, you will be able to log in and manage your subscription as well as all other orders, should you also buy wine a la carte.
