The wine is filtered only to remove large solids and bottled without added sulfur, unfined. Only 75 cases were produced.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the palate, expect bright cranberry, underripe strawberry, and watermelon with a citrusy mineral edge and lively acidity. Tannins are nearly imperceptible.
