Fermentation used wild yeast with no synthetic additives, in keeping with Hobbs's minimal-intervention approach. The wine is vegan.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHollow Wines is a one-person operation run by Woodson \"Quinn\" Hobbs out of a custom crush facility in Gilroy, California. Hobbs sources exclusively from organic and dry-farmed vineyards, refusing to work with growers who use glyphosate-based herbicides.
