The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined, in 1-liter format.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe 2022 shows fresh, crunchy red fruit — small red berries, a note of blackcurrant and blueberry, and a faint herbal lift. Tannins are fine and present without being grippy. The finish is long given the lightness of the frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the vineyard, Raphaël and Émélie use horse plowing for soil work, apply only small amounts of copper and volcanic sulfur as treatments, and supplement with biodynamic plant preparations including nettle and comfrey infusions.
