The result is aromatic and textured without being weighty, sitting at 12% ABV.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePurity Wine operates out of the Marina Bay District of Richmond, California, where Diaz runs a winemaking cooperative that now includes 18 producers sharing the same space. He sources fruit from across Northern California, from Sierra Foothills vineyards at 2,000 feet elevation down to coastal-influenced Sonoma and Mendocino.
