The wine ages on fine lees for 24 months before manual disgorging. Residual sugar is under 2 g\/L, placing this firmly in the brut\/extra-brut range despite Muscat's inherently aromatic character.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNo sulfites are added at any stage; total SO2 is 10 mg\/L. The wine is unfined and unfiltered. The estate is certified organic by CCPAE and practices biodynamic farming including lunar-cycle scheduling for pruning, harvesting, and bottling.
