It is a certified organic wine (FR-BIO-01) blending Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Rolle at 12% alcohol.   The fruit comes from vineyards around the Thau Lagoon near Pinet, planted on clay and limestone soils with vines aged 25 to 50 years.
