The wine then ages in cement vats for several months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Total SO2 across the Siemàn range runs under 15 mg\/L. The result is labeled IGT Vino Bianco.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, Moscato's signature floral aromatics come through alongside citrus peel, aromatic herbs, and a faint earthy, undergrowth character that the skin contact contributes. The palate is dry, medium-bodied, and thirst-quenching, with texture from the maceration tempering what could otherwise be a purely perfumed, simple wine.
