The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without any added sulfur.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a light-bodied, translucent ruby red with a lively prickle on opening. Aromas of wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, pomegranate, and a savory herb undercurrent lead to a palate of crunchy red fruit, fine-grained tannins, and mouthwatering acidity.
