This granite-dominant terroir is the same geological base as the nearby Grand Cru Frankstein, where sandy, stony soils with low water retention push vines deep into fractured bedrock. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts from the grape skins, with no temperature control.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe wine is a lively, low-pressure sparkling rosé. Auxerrois brings orchard fruit and citrus weight; Pinot Noir contributes the salmon-pink color and red fruit lift.
