The wine ages for approximately 12 months before bottling without filtration, fining, or added sulfites. The estate has held organic certification from Sativa PT since 2007.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eExpect a light-bodied, high-acid white with notes of citrus peel, ripe pear, chamomile, and a saline, mineral edge that reflects the Atlantic proximity.
