The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined with no added sulfites — pure Pecorino, nothing else.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a light orange wine with a tangerine hue, bright citrus aromatics (lemon, orange blossom, bergamot), summer hay, wildflowers, ginger, and a saline edge. On the palate it is zesty and medium-bodied with lively acidity and light phenolic grip from the short skin contact.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLammidia releases this wine as Vino Bianco IGT, outside any DOC or DOCG classification — a deliberate choice consistent with their zero-additive, zero-technology approach.
