The wine goes to tank and is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur — consistent with Erskine's practice since 2015. Bottles are sealed under crown cap.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a lighter-framed, high-acid red that avoids the dense, extracted style McLaren Vale is often associated with. Expect tart black plum, crunchy blueberry, black olive, and a peppery lift from the Shiraz.
