The 2.70-hectare domaine includes old vines between 50 and 60 years of age alongside younger plantings of 10 to 25 years. The Melon de Bourgogne used for Decap-Bulles is farmed organically.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, the wine is crisp and bright with firm bubbles, flavors of citrus and crushed rock, and a saline undercurrent typical of Melon de Bourgogne grown on mineral-rich soils.
