Nothing is added or removed: no fining, no filtration, no sulfites at any stage.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe result is a pale, hazy wine with a gently oxidative character, lifted acidity, and a light natural spritz. Expect aromas of white peach, golden apple, quince, and bergamot alongside leesy, textured weight on the palate and a saline finish. Grenache Blanc drops acidity quickly at harvest, so Steen and his partner Anne Bruun Blauert taste the grapes twice daily to hit the precise picking window.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is a 1.5L magnum format.
