{"product_id":"cabernet-sauvignon-les-lunes-natural-wine","title":"Les Lunes Wine Cabernet Sauvignon 2020","description":"\u003cp\u003eLes Lunes Cabernet Sauvignon is a red natural wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Sonoma Valley and Alexander Valley, California, and some other classic Bordeaux grapes – 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc. All grapes were hand-harvested and vinified separately. Each of the red wines were destemmed and gently macerated at cool temperatures for 4-14 days. The Millen and Pyaleh Vineyard wines were made as rose. The wines were then aged separately for 9 months in a combination of neutral oak and flextanks at which point the components were blended and 15ppm of sulfur was added.
